  • There are a couple ways. The most effective way is to take a photo of your door jamb numbers located on the driver-side, inner door-jamb as well as your RV sticker. For examples of what these look like, see our FAQ on where to find these.

  • We will assemble a report of all the numbers you give us and send that to you via your e-mail so you can reference them easily in the future.

  • Yes, we totally can do that if you have questions pertaining to your numbers. Note that we limit correspondences on our end to 3 replies as each response usually takes considerable amounts of time to ensure we’re giving you the best and most accurate information we can.

  • Yes, absolutely! We can setup an additional call for $49 to review the numbers with you personally.

  • Sure, totally understandable. Aside from looking through our blog posts, we can setup a call time to talk about anything you’d like. When scheduling this call, make sure that you give us a heads-up on what you’d like to talk about in case we need to do some research before-hand. This service is $49 per half hour.

  • That’s OK - Perhaps your expectations haven’t been met. We try our best to deliver above and beyond what you expect, but sometimes we’re just not able to deliver exactly what you were expecting. Be sure to read the Before You Book section to ensure that our expectations align with yours. Additionally, we will work with you on solutions to ensure you feel valued in the end. Note that sometimes during these disputes we rule in the company’s favor as we spend much time and effort on your personal service request as well as lost opportunity cost for our other clients. We do our best, but if we fall short, we’ll try our best to make it right.
