Before You Book — Please Read
Welcome to RV Tow Lantern. I’m committed to giving you clear, honest, experience-based RV guidance so you can make confident, informed decisions. Before scheduling a service, please take a moment to review the expectations and limitations below.
These help ensure you know exactly what I provide — and what I don’t — so you get the most value from your session.
1. My Services Are Advisory Only
I provide information, analysis, and guidance, not mechanical or engineering certification. My evaluations are based on:
the information you submit,
publicly available manufacturer specifications, and
real-world RV and towing experience.
I do not perform inspections or guarantee safety, legality, or compatibility in all conditions.
2. You Are Responsible for the Information You Provide
Accuracy matters. Your results depend on:
the correctness of your tow vehicle data
the RV listing details
aftermarket modifications
your cargo and passenger load
real-world usage
If information is incomplete or inaccurate, results may not reflect your actual setup.
3. This Does Not Replace Professional Inspections
My guidance should be used in addition to, not instead of:
mechanical and/or RV inspections (we’ll cover this more in our session)
certified weight measurements
dealership or manufacturer verification
professional hitch installation
on-site safety checks
I recommend a professional inspection before purchasing or towing any RV.
4. No Outcome Is Guaranteed
I can help you:
avoid common mistakes,
understand towing numbers,
compare RVs intelligently, and
select the best match for your needs.
However, I cannot guarantee:
towing performance,
safety outcomes,
driving behavior,
weather or road conditions,
RV reliability,
or how a particular RV will suit your long-term preferences.
My goal is clarity — the final decisions are yours.
5. All Services Are Non-Refundable Once Work Begins
Because each service requires personalized research and analysis, purchases are non-refundable after I start working on your evaluation.
If you need to cancel before work begins, email me as soon as possible.
6. Communication & Follow-Up
Each service includes a specific amount of support. Please check your service description for:
whether follow-up questions are included,
whether a call is included (if applicable),
the scope of analysis, and
turnaround time.
Any additional questions beyond scope may require an additional service.
7. Your Safety Is Ultimately Your Responsibility
The goal is clarity — but towing involves unpredictable real-world conditions.
You agree to:
verify all specifications independently,
use proper hitch equipment,
follow weight laws,
load and distribute cargo safely,
and operate your vehicle responsibly.
You assume full responsibility for towing decisions and safety practices.
By booking a service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Terms of Service and this “Before You Book” notice.
