Work is considered to have begun once research, analysis, or review of your submitted information has started.
Once work begins:
All sales are final and non-refundable
If you cancel before work begins:
A refund may be issued at our discretion

Follow-up questions may be limited

Additional requests may require a separate service

11. No Reliance
You acknowledge and agree that:

Any ratings, labels, or classifications provided by RV Tow Lantern (including but not limited to “Safe,” “Borderline,” or “Not Recommended”) are subjective, experience-based assessments based on available data and typical use conditions.
These ratings:
Do not constitute guarantees, certifications, or determinations of safety or legality
Do not account for all real-world variables
Should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any decision
13. No Approval or Certification
RV Tow Lantern does not approve, certify, or endorse any specific towing setup, vehicle, or RV combination as safe or suitable.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
RV Tow Lantern is not liable for any damages, losses, injuries, accidents, or consequences arising from:
Use of our services
Decisions made based on our recommendations
Towing or RV operation
We make no representation that any setup is safe, legal, or suitable in all conditions
Total liability, if any, is strictly limited to the amount paid for the service
15. No Warranties
All services are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, including:
Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose

Reliability

16. Client Responsibility & Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge and agree that you assume all risk associated with:

Improper loading or setup
Vehicle or RV modifications
Driving behavior

17. Scope Limitation

Any additional analysis, follow-up, or expanded review requires a separate service.
18. Informal Communications
Any informal communications, including email responses or follow-up messages, are provided as general guidance only and do not expand the scope of services or create additional obligations.
19. Service Acknowledgment
By purchasing a service, you acknowledge that you are buying a personalized advisory analysis and not a guaranteed outcome, inspection, or certification.
20. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RV Tow Lantern and any individuals associated with its services from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

Your towing or RV operation

21. Payment & Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable once work begins
Delivered reports and consultations are final
Pre-work cancellations may be considered for partial refund at our discretion
22. Refunds as Full Resolution
If RV Tow Lantern issues or processes a refund for any reason, you agree that such refund constitutes a full and final resolution of any and all claims, disputes, or concerns related to the service.
By accepting or retaining a refund, you agree to release and hold harmless RV Tow Lantern from any further liability, claims, demands, or actions arising out of or related to the service provided.
You further agree not to initiate any chargeback, dispute, or legal claim after receiving a refund.
23. Use of Materials
All materials provided are for personal use only.
You may not:

Resell
Distribute
without written permission.
24. Force Majeure
RV Tow Lantern is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, equipment failure, internet outages, or other unforeseen events.
25. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Montana, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
26. Dispute Resolution
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally
If not resolved, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Montana, where permitted by law
Each party shall bear its own costs unless otherwise required by law.
27. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use RV Tow Lantern services.
28. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
29. Agreement
By purchasing or using any RV Tow Lantern service, you confirm that you:
