1. Nature of Services

We do not provide mechanical, engineering, legal, financial, or safety certification services.

We are not licensed engineers, mechanics, inspectors, attorneys, or certified safety professionals. Our evaluations are based on:

The Client is solely responsible for verifying all manufacturer specifications, weights, and safety requirements before towing or purchasing an RV.
3. Client Responsibility
By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:
You will provide accurate and complete information for your evaluation.
Our analysis is based solely on the information you provide.
You are responsible for confirming all final towing, loading, and purchasing decisions.
You will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding towing and RV operation.
You understand that real-world towing conditions, loading practices, modifications, and driving behavior may affect safety outcomes.
RV Tow Lantern is not liable for issues arising from:
Incorrect or incomplete information you provide
Improper vehicle or RV loading
Hitch setup or adjustments
Vehicle or RV modifications
Driving behavior, road conditions, or environmental factors
Inaccurate manufacturer or dealership data
4. Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
RV Tow Lantern is not responsible for any damages, losses, injuries, accidents, or other consequences resulting from the use of our advice or services.
We make no guarantee that any towing combination is safe, legal, or suitable in all environments or conditions.
Our recommendations are informational only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional inspection, engineering evaluation, or legal guidance.
RV Tow Lantern’s total liability — if any — is strictly limited to the amount paid by the Client for the service rendered.
5. No Guarantees or Warranties
You understand and agree that:
We do not guarantee the performance, longevity, or reliability of any RV, tow vehicle, brand, product, or accessory.
We do not guarantee that any RV or tow setup will meet your expectations or remain free of defects.
We do not guarantee outcomes such as safety, comfort, towing quality, or resale value.
All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied.
6. Not a Substitute for Professional Inspection
Our services do not replace:
Professional RV inspections
Mechanical evaluations
Certified weight station measurements
Dealer or manufacturer verification
Legal or financial advice
You are strongly encouraged to obtain a professional inspection before purchasing or towing any RV.
7. Payment & Refund Policy
Because our services are personalized and time-based:
All payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
If you cancel before work begins, you may request a partial refund at our discretion.
Digital reports, evaluations, and consultations are final once delivered.
8. Use of Reports & Information
All reports, assessments, and written materials provided by RV Tow Lantern are for personal use only. You agree not to:

Distribute
any materials without our written permission.
9. Indemnification (Updated Clause)
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RV Tow Lantern and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, injuries, accidents, or expenses — including those involving property damage, personal injury, or death — arising out of or related to:
your use of our advisory services,
your towing or RV operation decisions,
your vehicle or RV configuration,
inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information you provide,
your failure to follow applicable laws or safety guidelines,
or any actions or decisions you make based on our recommendations.
This indemnification obligation applies even if claims allege negligence on our part, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
